# Link Your Stores and Warehouse

**Purpose:**

Provide a step-by-step guide for merchants to connect their Shopify store with the EzOM system in order to sync orders, products, and utilize EzOM’s 3PL (third-party logistics) services.

## 🚀 How to Use

* Log into your account at [https://ezom.app](https://ezom.app/)
* Navigate to the **Dashboard** page
* Follow the detailed steps below to connect your Shopify store and configure warehouse access

> 📌 Note: If you are using EzOM's warehouse and fulfillment service, please contact <admin@ezom.app> to complete the warehouse setup.

### 📝 Step-by-Step Guide

> **Connect your Shopify store with EzOM**

**Step 1.** Go to your Shopify Admin page, click ***Settings*****,** then ***Apps and Sales Channel*****.**

**Step 2.** In ***Apps and sales channels*****,** click ***Develop apps*****.**

**Step 3.** Click ***Create an app*****.** A dialogue will be displayed.

**Step 4.** Fill in the ***App name***, select the ***App developer*****.** Click ***Create app***.

**Step 5.** Click \*\*Configuration Admin API scopes \*\*\*\*and select all ***Admin API access scopes*** by checking all tick boxes.

**Step 6.** Hit **Save** to save the configurations.

**Step 7.** Click ***Install app***

**Step 8.** As long as a confirmation dialogue appears, click ***Install.***

**Step 9.** Click on the ***API credentials*** tab to view the Admin API access token, API Key and Secret Key.

**Step 10.** Store the ***Admin API access token***, the ***API key*** and the ***secret key*** in a secure place.

**Step 11.** From the main dashboard page at [https://ezom.app](https://ezom.app/), navigate to **Stores >** click at **Add store.**

**Step 12.** In the opened dialogue

* Select **Shopify** as the provider
* Enter the shop name. You can find the shop name from your store URL. For example, if your store is ***ezom-dev-store***.myshopify.com, the shop name is ***ezom-dev-store***.
* Enter the Admin API access token and API secret key that was obtained in step 10.

Click **Add** to add the store.

### ✅ Validation Rules

* **Shop Name**, **Access Token**, and **Secret Key** are required
* **Shop Name** must not contain spaces or special characters
* API credentials must match the format provided by Shopify
* You cannot register the same store name twice
* Provider type must be correctly selected (Shopify)
