Track shipments

Purpose:

The Track Shipments feature allows users to monitor the delivery status of their orders in real time. It consolidates tracking information from multiple carriers and provides visibility from dispatch to final delivery.

You can access this screen via: Shipments > Track shipments


Adding Shipments to Track

Option 1: Enter Tracking Numbers

  • Enter one tracking number per line in the textarea input.

  • After entering all numbers, click Track.

Option 2: Select from Shipment List

  • Click Select from List to open the shipment selection screen.

  • Use the search and filter tools to find shipments

You can search shipments by:

  • Order Number

  • Tracking Number

  • Customer Name

  • Date Range

You can also filter shipments by status:

  • Pending Dispatch

  • In Transit

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

  • Failed / Returned

  • Select your desired shipments, then click Submit to add them to the tracking list.


Tracking History

  • Every time you track shipments, the system saves a history record.

  • You can re-track any past shipment by clicking its history entry.


Viewing Tracking Results

  • After clicking Track, you will be redirected to the Tracking Results page.

  • Results are grouped by status:

    • Delivered

    • Error

  • Each tracking record shows:

    • Tracking Number

    • Tracking Information

    • Last Event

    • POD (Proof of Delivery) Action – print order details

  • You can see detail action by clicking on information column of each tracking result
