# Address Book

**Purpose:**

Enables users to **save, reuse, and manage frequently used consignee/consignor addresses**, reducing the need for manual input when creating a shipment order

### 🚀 How to Use

There are two main ways to use the Address Book:

1. **Add to favourites** during shipment creation
2. **Select from favourites** when filling in shipment info

You can also manage addresses from the **Address Book section** in your [Address Book List](https://ezom.app/a/shipments/address-book).

#### 🛠️ **Manage Your Address Book**

> Navigate to Shipments → Address Book List to manage your saved addresses.

Here’s what you can do:

* **Add** new addresses manually
* **Edit** existing address details
* **Delete** addresses you no longer use
* **Search/filter** to quickly find an address

Each address includes:

* Code - nickname of address book
* Address Line
* City, State, Country
* Postal Code
* Name, Phone, Email
* Company, House Number

> ⚠️ All addresses are scoped to your organisation only. You cannot view or use addresses from other organisations.

✨ **Now you can use your saved addresses every time you create a shipment — no more typing the same info again!**
