# Analytics dashboard

## Overview

The EzOM platform includes two comprehensive analytics screens that provide business intelligence and inventory insights. These analytics tools help users visualize stock levels, track order trends, and forecast sales patterns.

## How to Access

1. Log in to the EzOM platform
2. Open the main navigation drawer (menu icon in the top-left corner)
3. Click on **Analytics** section
4. Choose between **Inventory Analytics** or **Sales Analytics**

## Key Functionality

### Inventory Analytics

The Inventory Analytics screen provides real-time visibility into warehouse operations:

* **Stock Availability Cards**: Three status cards showing incoming stock (`onway`), dispatching stock (pending), and available stock
* **Outbound Orders Chart**: Grouped bar chart displaying outbound order quantities over time
* **Stock Level Histogram**: Stacked histogram showing distribution of stock levels across SKUs for `onway`, available, and pending stock
* **Stock Age Visualizations**: Two pie charts showing stock age distribution by quantity and by volume (in days)
* **Unmapped SKU Warnings**: Banner notification when SKUs exist without proper warehouse mappings, with modal to view details

### Sales Analytics

The Sales Analytics screen offers forecasting and trend analysis:

* **Stock Status Cards**: Four cards showing orders without `onway` stock, orders without available stock, products with stock ≤0, and products with stock ≥15
* **Sales Forecast Chart**: Configurable forecast chart with time interval selection (daily/weekly/monthly) and period length (1-24 units)
* **Product Sales Forecast**: Product-specific forecast chart with SKU selection and CSV export capability
* **Store Filtering**: Dropdown to filter analytics by specific connected store
* **Export Functionality**: Download buttons to export forecast data to CSV files
* **Line Items Without SKU Warning**: Banner notification for products missing SKU associations

## User Guide

### Understanding Stock Metrics

* **On Way Stock**: Inventory that has been ordered or is in transit to the warehouse
* **Available Stock**: Inventory currently in the warehouse and ready to be shipped
* **Pending Stock**: Inventory allocated to orders that are being prepared for shipment

### Using Inventory Analytics

1. Review the stock availability cards for a quick overview
2. Analyze the outbound orders chart to identify fulfillment trends
3. Check the stock level histogram to understand inventory distribution
4. Use the stock age charts to identify slow-moving inventory that may need attention

### Using Sales Analytics

1. Select a store from the dropdown (or view all stores)
2. Configure the sales forecast settings:
   * Choose time interval (daily/weekly/monthly)
   * Set the forecast period length (1-24 units)
3. Review the forecast chart to plan inventory needs
4. Use the product-specific forecast to analyze individual SKU performance
5. Export forecast data to CSV for further analysis or reporting

### Troubleshooting

**Unmapped SKU Warning**: If you see a banner about unmapped SKUs, click on it to view the list of products that need SKU mapping. Navigate to the SKU Mapping section to create mappings for these products.

**Missing Product SKU Warning**: If line items appear without SKU associations, ensure that products in your store have been properly mapped to warehouse SKUs.
