# Courier Shipments Management

**Purpose:**

Manage and track all courier shipments related to outbound orders from the warehouse.

### How to Use

You can access this screen via: **Shipments > Courier shipments**

#### View All Courier Shipments

The main table lists all courier shipments with the following columns:

| Field            | Description                                                                                                              |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **ID**           | Unique shipment order identifier                                                                                         |
| **Ref No.**      | Customer or order reference number                                                                                       |
| **Sales No.**    | Associated sales order number                                                                                            |
| **Status**       | [Shipment Status Definitions](https://www.notion.so/Shipment-Status-Definitions-24ba21ea74028041bf77e6a6c4df94a0?pvs=21) |
| **Created Time** | Date shipment was created                                                                                                |
| **Courier**      | Selected courier partner                                                                                                 |
| **Tracking**     | System-generated tracking ID                                                                                             |
