The main table lists all courier shipments with the following columns:

ID	Unique shipment order identifier
Ref No.	Customer or order reference number
Sales No.	Associated sales order number
Status	Shipment Status Definitions
Created Time	Date shipment was created
Courier	Selected courier partner
Tracking	System-generated tracking ID
