# Batch Submit Shipment Orders

Push multiple drafted shipments to the courier in one action. It help to save time by avoiding the need to submit each shipment manually.

**How to Use**

1️⃣ Click the Batch submit button

2️⃣ Download the submit shipment template

3️⃣ Fill in information offline

4️⃣ Upload the completed file back into the system

5️⃣ Preview and submit

After submission, your shipments will change status from **Draft** to **Submitted** or **Pending Pick-up** , depending on the courier.

Once submitted, you may no longer be able to edit the shipment, so always review all details beforehand.

Only shipments in **Draft** status can be batch submitted
