# Duplicate selected order

Save time by reusing an existing order instead of creating a new one from scratch.

**How to use**

1️⃣ Select the order you want to duplicate.

2️⃣ Click **Duplicate selected order**.

3️⃣ The duplicate will appear in your order list, edit as needed.

4️⃣ After edit, click submit button

***Ref. No.*** will be automatically generated based on the previous reference.

Make sure to update customer details and product quantities to avoid errors.

The status of the duplicated order will be set to ***Draft***.
