# Search & Filter Shipments

1. Use the **search bar** at the top to find shipments by ID, Ref No., Sales No., or Tracking
2. Use the **Status** or **Courier** dropdown filters to narrow results
3. Click **Reset filter** to clear all filters and return to the full list
