# Cancelling a Consignment

To revoke approved consignments that will not be processed further, ensuring warehouse records stay accurate and preventing unwanted receiving or putaway actions.

> Only available for consignments with status **Approved**.

1. Select one or more consignments with status **Approved**.

2. Click **Cancel selected orders**.

3. A confirmation modal appears.

4. Submit to proceed
