# Receiving Inbound Consignments

Confirm goods arrival and record actual received quantity vs. planned to keep inventory accurate before putaway.

> Available in detail view when consignment status = Approved.

1. Open the consignment detail page.
2. Click **Receive**.
3. In the modal, enter:
   * Receive date (default = today).
   * SKU received quantity (can be higher/lower than planned).
4. Click **Submit** to confirm.
5. To edit, click **Edit Receive**.
6. **Cancel** will discard changes.
