Inventory management
Purpose
The Inventory module allows users to view, search, filter, and manage SKU records for a selected Service Provider and Warehouse.
It provides both simple and advanced search tools, as well as bulk actions for uploading, updating, exporting, syncing, and deleting SKUs.
Accessing Inventory
From the main menu, go to: Warehouse → Inventory
Or access https://ezom.app/a/inventory
At the top of the page, select the Service Provider to display related SKUs.
Inventory List
The main table displays all SKUs matching the selected Service Provider and applied filters.
Columns include:
Code – SKU code
Product Name – Name of the product
Saleable Stock – Stock available for sale
Pending Stock – Stock reserved or awaiting confirmation
Available Stock – Total available stock = Saleable Stock + Pending Stock
Incoming Stock – Stock expected to arrive
Dimension (cm) – Product length × width × height
Weight (kg) – Product weight
Warehouse – Warehouse location code
