# Inventory management

### Purpose

The **Inventory** module allows users to view, search, filter, and manage SKU records for a selected Service Provider and Warehouse.

It provides both simple and advanced search tools, as well as bulk actions for uploading, updating, exporting, syncing, and deleting SKUs.

### Accessing Inventory

From the main menu, go to: **Warehouse → Inventory**

At the top of the page, select the **Service Provider** to display related SKUs.

### Inventory List

The main table displays all SKUs matching the selected Service Provider and applied filters.

Columns include:

* **Code** – SKU code
* **Product Name** – Name of the product
* **Saleable Stock** – Stock available for sale
* **Pending Stock** – Stock reserved or awaiting confirmation
* **Available Stock** – Total available stock = Saleable Stock + Pending Stock
* **Incoming Stock** – Stock expected to arrive
* **Dimension (cm)** – Product length × width × height
* **Weight (kg)** – Product weight
* **Warehouse** – Warehouse location code
