Sync Sku
The Sync SKU feature allows you to synchronize the latest SKU data from your connected warehouse into the system.
This ensures that all product information remains accurate and up to date.
1️⃣ Open the Inventory Page
Navigate to the Inventory section for the desired Service Provider.
2️⃣ Click the Sync SKU Button
Locate and click the Sync SKU button in the action menu.
3️⃣ Start the Synchronization
In the sync confirmation dialog, click Start Sync to begin the process.
4️⃣ Wait for Completion
The sync process duration depends on the number of SKUs.
Typically, it takes 1 to 10 minutes.
Avoid closing the browser tab until the sync is complete.
Notes
Synchronization updates SKU details from the warehouse system into EzOM.
Only SKUs linked to the selected Service Provider will be synced.
If errors occur, review the error log after syncing to identify any SKUs that could not be updated.
Large SKU databases may take longer—plan sync operations during low-traffic periods
