# How to Add to Manifest List

## **Conditions**

The **Add to Manifest** action is only available for shipments that meet **both** of the following criteria:

* Shipment status is **Draft**
* Courier is **BEX** or **BlueStar**

## **Steps to Add Shipments to a Manifest**

#### 1️⃣ From the shipment list, select one or more shipments that meet the above conditions.

**Tip:** Use filters to quickly find shipments that can be added to a manifest.

#### 2️⃣ Click **Add Selected orders to Manifest** from the float list button.

#### 3️⃣ **Review Manifest Details**

A modal window will open, showing the list of selected shipments with the following columns:

* **ID** – Unique shipment identifier
* **Ref No** – Reference number
* **Sales No** – Sales order number
* **Status** – Current shipment status
* **Created Time** – Date and time the shipment was created
* **Courier** – Courier service assigned to the shipment
* **Tracking** – Tracking number, if available

> You can remove any shipment from this list by clicking the Remove action next to it.

#### 4️⃣ Submit the Manifest

#### 5️⃣ Confirm Submission

Once submitted, the manifest can be viewed in the [Manifest list Management](/ezom-docs/our-features/manifest-list-management.md) page, where you can track, manage, or print it for courier handover.
