# Searching & Filtering Orders

Quickly locate specific orders using the search bar or advanced filters.

#### Quick Search

* Use the **search bar** at the top to find orders by number or customer name.

* Apply filters such as **Store**, **Provider**, **Status**, **Fulfillment**, **Country**, and **Stock Status**.

Reset filters anytime with **Reset filter**.

#### Advanced Search

1. Click the **Advanced** button in the search bar, or the **Search Orders** button (floating menu).

2. A modal opens:

* Available filters:
  * Order number
  * Fulfillment status (unfulfilled, in progress, partial, fulfilled, not\_eligible).
  * Payment status (paid, partially paid, partially refunded)
  * Country
  * Customer Name / Email
  * Store
  * Provider
  * Created date (range)

Click **Submit** to apply, or **Reset**/**Cancel** as needed.
