Syncing Orders from Stores

To import or refresh orders from integrated stores (e.g., Shopify, Other).

1. Click the Sync Orders button (floating menu on the right).

1. A modal opens showing available stores.

1. Select one or more stores to sync.

2. (Optional) Enable Resync all data from history to pull all past orders.

   Note that by default, we will only sync orders that are updated since last sync. Selecting this will re-sync all orders and will take longer to finish.

3. Click Start Sync to begin.

   This may take 5–60 minutes depending on order volume.

   Click Close to cancel all actions.

If you are a new user, before you send orders to the warehouse, please check pending orders carefully.
