# Organisation Management

**Purpose:**

To **view and manage financial and rate-related information for a client (organization)** within a logistics, warehouse, or service management system.

## Organisation List Overview

The Organisation List displays all client organisations in a table format. Each row shows:

### Table Columns

| Column                | Description                                                                    |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Name**              | The organisation's name (clickable to view details)                            |
| **Available Balance** | Current available balance in AUD, color-coded based on balance status          |
| **Service Providers** | List of connected service providers (warehouse accounts) for this organisation |

### Understanding Service Providers

* Service providers are displayed as **tags/badges** in the Service Providers column
* An organisation can be connected to **multiple service providers**
* Each service provider represents a warehouse master account managing operations for that client
* Account managers can add or remove service provider connections
