Cancel Consignment(s)

Cancelling consignments ensures that orders which will not be processed further are properly closed, preventing accidental shipping and keeping warehouse records accurate.

You can only cancel consignment when it has Draft status

1. Select one or multiple consignments.

1. Click Cancel selected order in the bottom right corner.

1. A modal appears

1. Click the Submit button to confirm action

2. The status will update to Cancelled.

Cancelled consignments cannot be shipped again.
