# Duplicate Consignment(s)

*The duplicate function allows you to quickly create a new consignment based on an existing one. This is useful when you need to ship similar orders without re-entering all details manually.*

1. Select an existing consignment from the list.

2. Click **Duplicate selected order** in the bottom-right corner.

3. A form will appear, pre-filled with the original consignment details.

4. Edit any fields as needed.
5. Click **Ship** to confirm.
6. A new consignment will be created and appear at the top of the list with status ***Preparing***.
