# Search Consignments

You can search consignments in three ways:

#### 1. Quick Search

Use the **top search bar** to quickly find consignments by:

* Consignment No.
* Reference No.
* Customer Order / Sales No.
* Tracking Code

#### 2. Filter by Field

Apply filters using the following options:

| Field            | Description                                                                                                                        |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Status**       | Current consignment status: `Draft`, `Preparing`, `Picking`, `Packed`, `Ready for Pickup`, `Dispatched`, `Exception`, `Cancelled`. |
| **Courier**      | Courier shipment integrated with your connected provider.                                                                          |
| **Picking Type** | Picking method: `SO` (Single Order), `MO` (MultipleOrder), or `Spectical` (Special).                                               |
| **Organisation** | The organisation associated with the consignment.                                                                                  |

#### 3. Advanced Search

1. Click the **Advanced** button.

2. A modal window will open.

3. Enter your search values in the form fields.
4. Click **Submit** to apply filters.

*Results matching your criteria will be displayed in the consignment list.*

* Click **Cancel** to close the modal without saving changes.
* Click **Reset** to clear all entered values.
