# Add Packaging Materials in Batch

1️⃣ Click on the **Add packing material in batch** button

2️⃣ Download the provided **CSV template**

3️⃣ Open downloaded file and fill in multiple rows of material data following the format

4️⃣ Upload the completed CSV back into the system

5️⃣ Preview your data

6️⃣ Click on **Submit** button

7️⃣ System will validate and import all valid rows

* Make sure your CSV follows the format and required fields exactly.
* Press **Cancel** to exit without saving changes
