# Searching & Filtering Picking Tasks

*To help users quickly locate specific picking tasks or generate task reports using search, filters, and export options.*

#### **Quick search**

Use the **search bar** or **Status** **dropdown, Type dropdown** at the top to find picking tasks by **ID**.

#### Advanced Search

1. Click the **Advanced** button or **Search** button in the bottom right.
2. A search modal opens.

3. Apply filters such as:

* ID
* Status (Waiting, Picking, Picked, Packing, Packed)
* Type (SO, MO, Special.)
* Warehouse
* Created Date (range)

4. Click **Submit** to apply filters

**Reset** to clear them, or **Cancel** to discard changes.
