The QZ Tray installation wizard will automatically detect if you don’t already have Java installed. Follow the prompts to install Java if you don’t already have it. Java is a library that QZ uses to connect to your computer's operating system to detect your default printer settings.

### **⚠️ Important Notes**

* Instant Print can only be used on desktop/laptop computers (not mobile or tablets)
* Each pair of Warehouse(Warehouse\_code) and Courier Label can have only one printer setting.
* You have to set up the printer settings for each pair of Warehouse and Courier Label you want to print before printing it.
* Leave **QZ Tray** running on your computer in the background so printing can continue to function.

***

### **🧯Troubleshooting**

1️⃣ **“Duplicate” error when adding printer setting:**

> You're trying to create a setting for a warehouse + courier label combination that already exists.

2️⃣ **“No suitable printer setting or device found” error:**

> Happens when:

* No printer setting exists for that warehouse + courier label pair
* The assigned printer is not connected or recognized by QZ Tray

3️⃣ **Other printing errors? Try this:**

* Reload the page
* Click **“Allow”** in the QZ Tray dialog when prompted
* Try another browser (Chrome recommended)
