Delete a Service Provider

Warning: Deleting a service provider is a destructive action. This will permanently erase all inventory and SKU information associated with the selected WMS account.

1️⃣ On the Dashboard > Service Providers section, locate the WMS account to delete.

2️⃣ Click the red Trash icon next to the provider.

3️⃣ A confirmation modal will appear:

• You must manually type the word delete to confirm the action.

• Once confirmed, the Delete button becomes clickable.

4️⃣ Press Delete to proceed.

• This action cannot be undone.

• All related data across the platform will be removed instantly.

• Ensure you’ve backed up any necessary information or confirmed deactivation with related warehouse users.
