# Shipping Channel Management

**Purpose:**

Manage shipping channels (courier integrations) within a service provider (WMS account). Shipping channels define how shipments are dispatched through different courier services.

Shipping channels are only available for **EzWMS** and **EzTMS** service providers.

### 🚀 How to Access

1. Go to **Dashboard** > **Service Providers**.
2. Click the ✏️ **Pencil icon** on a service provider row to open the **Edit WMS Account** page.
3. Scroll down to the **Shipping Channels** section.

Each shipping channel row shows:

| Column               | Description                                                  |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Provider             | The courier/shipping provider (e.g., AusPost, BorderExpress) |
| Name                 | Display name for the shipping channel                        |
| Warehouse            | Associated warehouse code (EzWMS only)                       |
| Auto Pack            | Whether auto-packing is enabled                              |
| Support Packing      | Whether the channel supports packing                         |
| Single Package       | Whether only single-package shipments are allowed            |
| Export Info Required | Whether export information is required                       |
| Allow Shipment Order | Whether users can create shipment orders on this channel     |
