# Edit a Shipping Channel

1️⃣ Navigate to the **Edit WMS Account** page (click ✏️ on a service provider from the Dashboard).

2️⃣ In the **Shipping Channels** section, click the ✏️ **Edit icon** on the channel row you want to modify.

3️⃣ A modal form will appear pre-filled with the current channel configuration.

## Editable Fields

You can modify the following settings:

* **Warehouse** — Change or clear the associated warehouse
* **Provider-specific credentials** — Update API keys, URLs, passwords, tokens, and other provider configuration fields
* **Additional configuration** — Toggle Cubic weight, Auto-pack, Support packing, Single package only, Export info, and Allow shipment order
* **Additional services** — Toggle Delivery window, Dangerous goods, Hand unload, and Tailgate
* **Rate Card Configurations** — Add, edit, or remove rate card entries (if supported by the provider)
* **Authority to Leave (ATL)** — Enable or disable ATL (if supported by the provider)

The **Provider** and **Name** fields are locked and cannot be changed after the channel is created.

## Location Master Upload (Couriers Please EDI)

This feature is only available when editing an existing **Couriers Please EDI** channel and only for **Admin** users.

When editing a Couriers Please EDI channel, an **Upload Location Master** button is available. This allows you to upload a CSV file containing location master data with the following columns:

| Column         | Description                    |
| -------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Post Code      | Postal code                    |
| Locality       | Suburb or locality name        |
| State          | State abbreviation             |
| Pricing Zone   | Pricing zone identifier        |
| ETA Zone       | Estimated time of arrival zone |
| Delivery Agent | Delivery agent identifier      |
| Sort Code      | Sort code for routing          |

Uploading a new Location Master file will overwrite any previously uploaded data for this channel.

4️⃣ Click **Save** to apply your changes.

5️⃣ Click **Cancel** to discard changes and close the modal.
