# Sku Mapping

The SKU Mapping page in EzOM lets you link store SKUs to their corresponding warehouse SKUs, ensuring accurate order fulfillment even when SKU codes differ.\
It supports **single SKU mapping**, **combo SKU mapping**, bulk import via **template upload**, quick search, export, and deletion.

This page helps keep store and warehouse inventory aligned, reduces fulfillment errors, and speeds up processing.

## Key Terminology

Understanding the difference between Store SKU and Warehouse SKU is essential for correct mapping:

* **Store SKU**: The SKU code from your sales channel (eBay, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.). This is the code that appears on your orders when customers purchase items.
* **Warehouse SKU**: The SKU code from your 3PL/warehouse system (4PX, JDL, etc.). This is the code that identifies items in your warehouse inventory.

These two SKUs may have the same value (e.g., both could be "HGS180"), but they come from different systems. The mapping tells EzOM: "When an order comes in with this Store SKU, send this Warehouse SKU to the warehouse for fulfillment."
{% endhint %}
