Overview

Purpose

This section documents existing features in the EzOM platform that are already implemented and available to users, but are not yet covered in the official GitBook documentation. These are not planned future features or feature requests, but rather fully functional capabilities that currently lack proper documentation.

Why This Section Exists

As the EzOM platform has evolved rapidly, several important features have been developed and deployed without corresponding user-facing documentation. This creates a gap between what the platform can do and what users know they can do. This section aims to bridge that gap by:

• Identifying undocumented but available features

• Providing temporary documentation until full user guides are created

• Helping users discover capabilities they may not know exist

• Prioritizing which features need comprehensive documentation next

How This Differs from Feature Requests

The features documented here are already implemented and available in the production platform. They are not:

• Planned future enhancements

• Feature requests under consideration

• Beta or experimental features

• Features in development

For requesting new features or enhancements, please refer to our Feature Request process.

Current Documentation Priorities

We are actively working to create comprehensive user guides for these features. The features are documented here in priority order, with high-priority features listed first. Each feature page includes:

• Current implementation status

• Key functionality overview

• Basic usage information

• Technical details for reference

Next Steps

As we complete full user guides for each feature, they will be:

1. Moved to their appropriate section in the main documentation

2. Enhanced with screenshots and step-by-step workflows

3. Integrated with related features and user journeys

4. Removed from this temporary section
