Address Book

Purpose:

Enables users to save, reuse, and manage frequently used consignee/consignor addresses, reducing the need for manual input when creating a shipment order


🚀 How to Use

There are two main ways to use the Address Book:

  1. Add to favourites during shipment creation

  2. Select from favourites when filling in shipment info

You can also manage addresses from the Address Book section in your Addredd Book List.


🛠️ Manage Your Address Book

Navigate to Shipments → Address Book List to manage your saved addresses.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Add new addresses manually

  • Edit existing address details

  • Delete addresses you no longer use

  • Search/filter to quickly find an address

Each address includes:

  • Code - nickname of address book

  • Address Line

  • City, State, Country

  • Postal Code

  • Name, Phone, Email

  • Company, House Number

⚠️ All addresses are scoped to your organisation only. You cannot view or use addresses from other organisations.

Now you can use your saved addresses every time you create a shipment — no more typing the same info again!
