Purpose:

Allow users to submit product improvement suggestions or new feature ideas through a structured form. This helps the product team collect, triage, and prioritize feedback from the community or internal users.

🚀 How to Use

The Feature Request form is accessible through the Community page of the app. It provides a simple interface where users can enter a title, detailed description, and optionally attach files.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Navigate to https://community.ezom.app/feature-requests

2️⃣ Click on Create Post

3️⃣ Fill in the following fields:

• Title: Short, descriptive name of the feature

• Details: Purpose, context, and user problem it solves

• Attachments: (Optional) Add screenshots, diagrams, or supporting files

4️⃣ Click Create Post

5️⃣ A confirmation appears and the post is added to the list with status: "Open"

After create Feature request post, Please check the comments in those posts regularly and we will feedback
