What is JSON format ?
JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a structured data format commonly used to store and exchange information
The expanded JSON view includes:

Warehouse Rates
Defines cost structures for storage, handling, and warehouse services.
Shipping Rates
Defines delivery charges, shipment handling fees, and zone-based rates.
Account Balance
The Account Balance section displays the current financial standing of a user's account in AUD. It consists of available funds, total balance, on-hold amounts, and transaction functionality such as recharges, charges, and refunds…

Balance Information
You can see overview information by hover this icon:

Available Balance
The total amount the user can currently use.
Total Balance
Sum of available and on-hold balances.
OnHold Balance
Amount temporarily held due to pending transactions or processing.
Create Transaction
Users can manually create a transaction with the following steps:
1️⃣ Click on Create transaction button

2️⃣ A new modal will open. In this modal:

Type
Dropdown
charge, open, recharge, refund
Amount
Number
Value of the transaction in AUD.
Remark
Text
Additional notes or context for the transaction.
Transaction History
The Transaction History section provides a log of all transactions associated with the account.
How to Access?
1️⃣ In the organisation card detail, click the View history button.

2️⃣ A modal will appear, displaying the full transaction list for the account.
Available Filters
Within the modal, users can filter transactions by:
Date range
Transaction type:
open,recharge,refund,charge
You can also use the search bar to look up transactions by:
Transaction ID
Consignment number
Remark

Column’s meaning
ID
Unique transaction ID
Consignment No.
Reference number if linked to a consignment
Type
Transaction type (e.g., charge, refund)
Amount
Amount in AUD
Created Time
Timestamp of transaction
Remark
Notes or system-generated description
Status
Current state (e.g., instantly completed)
User ID
Associated user performing the transaction
Available Filters

You can also use the search bar to look up transactions by:

Consignment number

Xero Invoices
The Xero Invoices section allows you to view and download invoices for your organisation directly from Xero.
Connecting to Xero
If your organisation has not yet connected to Xero, the section will display a Connect to Xero button.

How to connect:
1️⃣ Click Connect to Xero.
2️⃣ Sign in with your Xero account.

3️⃣ Authorise EzOM to access your invoices and bills.

Viewing Invoices
Once connected, the invoices table will appear, displaying your available invoices for the selected year.
Table Columns:
#
Invoice order number for the displayed year.
Date
Month and year of the invoice.
Action
Print icon to download or view the invoice.
Actions Available
Select Year – Use the dropdown to choose which year’s invoices to display.

Print/Download Invoice – Click the printer icon next to each invoice to view or download the document.

How to disconnect Xero?
You can disconnect Xero by click on Disconnect Xero button, follow this link: https://ezom.app/a/account-balance

Notes
Only invoices linked to the connected Xero account will be shown.
Invoice availability depends on your Xero plan and data sync schedule.
Disconnecting from Xero will hide the invoice table until reconnected.
