Order Management
The Order Management feature allows service providers and warehouse operators to manage the complete order lifecycle — from syncing orders across stores (e.g., Shopify), to searching, exporting, viewing details, and updating order information….
🚀 Accessing the Page
Navigate to Orders → Order List from the main menu.

The Order List displays all imported orders from connected sales channels (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Wix, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Etsy). Each order is shown in a tabular format with the following details:
Field
Description
Store
The store or channel where the order originated.
Provider
The e-commerce platform provider (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Wix, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Etsy).
Order No.
Displays:
• Order number (assigned by the store)
• Created date (when the order was placed)
• Fulfillment status with badges: – In Progress – Fulfilled – Partial – Not Eligible – Unfulfilled
Stock
Shows stock availability of items in the order: • ✅ Check icon → All items in stock • ❌ X icon → One or more items out of stock
Address
Customer shipping address (name, country, and contact details).
Payment
Displays: • Payment status (e.g., Paid, Partially Paid, Refunded) • Payment amount
Items
Total number of items in the order. Hovering over shows SKU-level details.
