Printing Inbound Consignments

This function allows warehouse staff to generate and print different types of documents and labels related to inbound consignments.

  1. Open the consignment detail page.

  2. Click Print.

Each option serves a different operational purpose


Label Printing

Used for individual SKU or carton identification.

Sizes available: 7x2.2, 7x4, A4 (7x2.2), A4 (7x4).

When to use:

  • Attach to cartons or SKUs upon receiving.

  • Helps in scanning and tracking items during put-away and picking.

  • Recommended when consignments contain mixed SKUs and need clear labeling.


Box Labels

Larger labels designed for cartons, master boxes, or pallets.

Sizes available: 8x9, 10x6, 10x15, 10x20, A4.

When to use:

  • Attach to shipping cartons for easy identification.

  • Suitable for bulk handling and palletized storage.

  • Ensures warehouse staff can quickly locate and identify large packages.


Package List (A4)

Provides a summary of all SKUs/items in the consignment.

Format: Standard A4 sheet.

When to use:

  • For internal checks during receiving.

  • As a supporting document for customs clearance or quality checks.

  • Can be filed or shared with customers as a record of inbound contents.


Battery Labels

Special compliance and safety labels required for handling batteries.

Types & Sizes:

  • Pure battery: 11x12, 10.5x7.4

  • Internal/External battery: 12x11, 10.5x7.4

When to use:

  • For inbound consignments containing batteries (e.g., electronics, power banks).

  • Required by international shipping regulations to mark hazardous goods.

  • Ensures compliance with IATA, IMDG, and other transport safety standards.


Adds the origin country on printed labels or documents.

When to use:

  • When required for customs declarations.

  • To comply with trade regulations (e.g., Made in Vietnam, Made in China).

  • Helpful for clients who need to track the sourcing location of products.
